Refund/Return Policy

Here at Zero Offset we take pride in the quality of our products. Hence, we offer a full refund on any products that are faulty. Please note that all packages sent will be insured up to $100 to compensate for any damages incurred from shipping. Below is a summarised list of our Return Policy:

  • If the item is defective or incorrect please contact us within 7 days after you received the item.

  • For all complaints, evidence will be required in order to determine whether a refund is appropriate. 

  • We accept, within 30 days if buyer purchased the item and wants a refund. Returned item must be its original packaging and in a brand new (resalable) condition. Shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. 

  • There is a 20% restocking fee on all refunds that are not faulty. 
  • If the product is deemed faulty through no fault of the customer then Zero Offset Policy is to offer a refund of original purchase price or exchange the product at the customer's discretion.

  • All products are packaged and made to endure any rough handling that occurs during the transit

  • Refunds will not include any shipping fees and handling fees. Buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping charge.

  • Return items which are non-defective will not included shipping fees. 

  • Items purchased during a sale cannot be refunded. 

  • All Pre-Order deposits cannot be refunded. Pre order cancellation will result in a 20% fee if item was paid in full.

  • For change of mind returns, we will accept exchanges only so long as it's within 30 days of purchase. All exchanged items must be brand new and in its original packaging. Returns cannot be made if the item is opened or missing the included hardware.
