At Zero Offset, we believe in offering great products at fair prices. If you find the same item for less elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match it — because we want you to shop with confidence knowing you’re getting the best deal possible.

The product must be identical in every way — including style, fit, and material.
For example, our plastic parts are made from materials like ABS, Polypropylene, and Polyurethane. If a competitor’s version uses a different material, we may not be able to match it.
We can match a competitor’s price by up to 10% off the retail price.
This helps us keep offering the things our customers love — like extended support, product warranties, quality assurance, and reliable shipping.
(If a competitor has accidentally listed an item below cost, we can’t match that.)
We compare the total price, including any shipping or handling fees listed on the competitor’s site.
The item must be in stock and available in Australia from an Australian-based retailer.
We can’t price match pre-orders, backorders, or overseas listings.
To help us verify the lower price, please provide either:
- A direct link to the competitor’s product page, or
- A quote showing their letterhead, ABN, and date (within the last 30 days).
