OPTIONAL FEATURES
IE STAGE 1 INTAKE MANIFOLD This free option is included with a Stage 1 Tune purchase and is for owners who have installed an IE Performance Intake Manifold (Sold Separately). IE Stage 1 Intake Manifold software fine-tunes the ECU calibration to match the manifold plenum and runner flow characteristics along with special tuning for the removed runner flaps. Even though tuning now matches higher flow characteristics of the intake manifold, performance numbers are still limited by the factory downpipe. Because of this, Stage 1 IM combination is only recommended for users who are planning on Stage 2 IM in the future, are trying to get rid of constantly failing runner flaps or cracking plastic manifolds, and building for improved engine bay looks.
IE STAGE 2 INTAKE MANIFOLD
Included with all Stage 2 purchases, The IE Stage 2 Intake Manifold tune is designed for customers looking to maximize the performance of the factory engine and turbocharger with an IE 2.0T Performance Intake Manifold (Sold Separately). Like Stage 1 IM tune, this software fine-tunes the ECU calibration to match the manifold plenum and runner flow characteristics along with special tuning for the removed runner flaps. Results with a manifold deliver power gains across the powerband, fully realizing the 2.0T TSI stock turbo power potential.
IE’s own in-house developed POWERlink cable gives you the control to unlock your engine’s true potential from your own garage or driveway. Enjoy the freedom to quickly reflash your car’s engine control unit (ECU) or transmission control unit (TCU) with IE’s line of performance tunes. The cable simply plugs into your vehicle’s OBD-2 port delivering instant access to choose different IE Tune stages to match installed hardware, take advantage of different fuel octanes, flash to stock, perform engine diagnostics, read/clear codes and gather high-quality operating data via logging.

Here at Zero Offset we take pride in the quality of our products. Hence, we offer a full refund on any products that are faulty. Please note that all packages sent will be insured up to $100 to compensate for any damages incurred from shipping. Below is a summarised list of our Return Policy:
If the item is defective or incorrect please contact us within 7 days after you received the item.
For all complaints, evidence will be required in order to determine whether a refund is appropriate.
We accept, within 7 days if buyer purchased the item and wants a refund. Returned item must be its original packaging and in a brand new (resalable) condition. Shipping will be at the expense of the buyer.
If the product is deemed faulty through no fault of the customer then Zero Offset Policy is to offer a refund of original purchase price or exchange the product at the customer's discretion.
